We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

13) Hemp Compliance & No Medical Claims

  • Farm Bill compliance. All hemp products offered by Ranchera Familia are derived from hemp and intended to comply with applicable laws, including the 2018 Farm Bill (≤0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis). Availability may vary by jurisdiction.

  • No medical use. Our products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided on this site is for general, educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

  • Age-restricted access. You must meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. By ordering, you represent and warrant that such purchase and possession are lawful in your location.

22 – Arbitration Agreement & Class-Action Waiver (Optional)

By using this website or purchasing from Ranchera Familia, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, our products, or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration.

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator rather than a judge or jury, and arbitration decisions are enforceable like court orders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • You and Ranchera Familia agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

  • All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
