Shipping Schedule

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1–7 business days.

  • Leaf and bulk orders (200+ units) — including custom and pressed options — require 1–7 business days to process.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Information

Standard shipping averages 1–7 business days after your order has been processed.
If expedited processing is selected at checkout, your order will be prioritized and may arrive within 2–5 business days total, depending on carrier timelines and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received tracking information after 7 business days, please reach out to us at rancherafamilia@gmail.com or use our live chat feature.

Special Shipping Requests

If you have specific delivery needs or requests, please include them in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout.

Holiday Shipping

During holidays or peak shipping seasons, transit times may extend by up to 7 additional business days.
For guaranteed delivery rates, we recommend selecting USPS Priority or UPS Express shipping at checkout.

Undelivered Packages

If your order shows as undelivered after 14 days, please contact us via chat or email to initiate a replacement review.
We’re committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and in full.

Weather or Catastrophic Events

We may temporarily pause shipments during extreme weather or natural disasters (such as excessive heat, flooding, or wildfires) to protect product quality and ensure safe transport.
Our top priority is maintaining the integrity of your order from our farm to your door.

Product Handling & Packaging

All orders are packaged with care to preserve freshness and compliance.

  • Each order is sealed in resealable mylar pouches or commercial-grade vacuum-sealed bags, then placed inside secure cardboard boxes.

  • Boxes are padded with tissue paper or protective packaging.

  • Every shipment includes a Notice to Law Enforcement and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the product’s corresponding batch.
