Ranchera Familia Refund & Return Policy

Effective immediately — clear, fair, and compliant.

Thank you for choosing Ranchera Familia. We operate as a small-batch, family-run hemp farm and take pride in preparing every order with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following conditions.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Standard orders: Processed within 1–7 business days, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.

  • Leaf orders (all types): Processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Bulk leaf orders (200+), pressed leaves, and custom orders: 3–8 business days to process.

  • Processing begins the next business day if an order is placed after 5 PM CST or on weekends.


2. Payment Methods

Upon submitting an order request, we will send a secure Stripe merchant invoice to complete your payment online using any major credit or debit card.

We also accept the following additional payment methods:

  • CashApp

  • Apple Pay

  • Zelle

All payments must be completed before order processing begins.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).


3. Order Confirmation

After a purchase is completed, you will receive:

  • A confirmation page

  • An email confirmation with your order number

If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact us.


4. Shipping Information

We ship orders within the United States only.

  • Orders ship according to the method chosen at checkout (e.g., standard, Priority, Express).

  • A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, contact us.

Holiday seasons may add 2–3 additional days to processing or delivery.

5. Packaging

Each order is packaged for quality and discretion:

  • Smell-proof, resealable mylar or commercial vacuum-sealed bags

  • Protective tissue or padding

  • Discreet outer boxes

  • A COA (Certificate of Analysis) for the corresponding batch

  • A Notice to Law Enforcement verifying product compliance


6. Discounted or Sale Products

  • All sales of items discounted 30% or more are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or order cancellations on heavily discounted items.


7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss is determined case by case based on product value, carrier handling, and available evidence.


8. Return Fees

For orders not yet shipped, cancellations/returns are subject to:

  • 10% non-refundable processing fee, plus

  • $5.00 restocking fee per $30 of product value

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


9. Refunds & Replacements

We do not offer refunds.
We offer replacements only for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damaged packages

To qualify, you must:

  • Submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photo or video evidence of damage or issues

Claims submitted after 48 hours are not eligible.


10. Leaf Orders (Special Policy)

Due to the fragile nature of leaf products:

  • Leaf orders may require extended processing time (1–7 days).

  • Once payment is received, orders cannot be canceled.

  • No refunds — replacements only for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments with evidence submitted within 48 hours.

  • We are not responsible for how you store or handle the leaves after 48 hours of delivery.


11. Transfers & Resale

Our products are intended for the customer who orders them.
If you choose to resell or transfer our products, you do so at your own risk.


12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

By purchasing from Ranchera Familia, you agree to:

  • Indemnify and hold harmless Ranchera Familia and its owners, employees, officers, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse, resale, or unlawful handling of our products.

  • Acknowledge that Ranchera Familia is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill), even if advised of the possibility.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.


13. Product Compliance & Legal Disclaimer

  • Our hemp is grown under a legal cultivation license.

  • All products contain 0.3% or less delta-9 THC (dry weight), compliant with federal law.

  • Ranchera Familia makes no guarantee that consumption of hemp products will or will not result in a positive drug test.

  • Our products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

  • Always follow federal, state, and local laws before purchasing or possessing hemp.

  • Customers must research their own state compliance.
