How Long Does It Take To Ship?

3-5 Business Days, Custom Orders Vary. For Faster Processing, We Offer Expedited Processing One Day Options and Fast Shipping Options Through UPS and USPS.


Shipping Schedule: All Orders placed before 5:00 pm (CENTRAL STANDARD TIME) Monday through Friday will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.  

Shipping Information:  Once your order has been submitted in 1-5 business days you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided us with.  Please contact us after 5 business days have passed of you have not received a tracking number.

Holiday Shipping: Can increase your transit time up to 7 days.  Try using Priority or Express for a guaranteed rate from USPS or UPS.

PRODUCT HANDLING

All orders come in resealable tin cans, glass or inside commercial grade vacuum sealed bags and inside cardboard boxes.   Click here for our video of one of our flower jars being packaged.  

Each box is packaged with tissue paper or other care methods.

All orders come with a standard "Notice to Law Enforcement," attached to your order slip.

All orders come with a copy of the test results(COA) for that product’s corresponding batch.

What Is Our Purchasing and Refund Policy?

We only offer refunds on products paid full-price. There are no refunds on discounted products or custom made products. Product replacements are offered within 48 hours receiving a damaged goods.

Order Processing: 1-5 full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm CST. 1-5 business days to process leaf orders. 

Payment Methods: We accept the following methods of payment for purchases made through our Website: Visa and Mastercard.  All listed purchase prices are in United States dollars and we do not accept foreign currencies.  Please contact us to pay via Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal, or Venmo  

Order Confirmation: After you make a purchase on the Website, we will present you with a confirmation page and send you a confirmation email with an order reference number.  

Shipping Information:  We only ship our products within the United States.  All packages are sent according to customers’ shipping method requests (e.g., ground vs. two-day or three-day).  We provide tracking numbers at the time of shipping.  If you did not receive a tracking number, check your spam folder or contact us.  

Packaging:  All products are smell proof packaged with delicate tissue to provide cushion for your new products. These are placed within discrete boxes, containing appropriate documents such as your COA’s showing the product is industrial hemp and your Letter To Law Enforcement verifying our credentials and our hemp products.  All boxes contain discrete labeling.

Discounted or Sale Products:  Sales are final on anything over 30%, no refunds and no cancellations. 

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss dependent on the value of your product will be handled case by case.  

Holidays: Expect 2/3 Days Additional Shipping/Processing Time

Return Fees: In addition to shipping fees, products purchased on the Website will be subject to a non-refundable order 10% processing fee+ a restocking fee of $5.00 per $30.00.   

Transfers: Our products are intended for use by you and are not intended for resale to third parties. If you resell our products, you do so at your own risk.  

Refunds and Exchanges:  We do not offer refunds, only replacements on packages lost, stolen, damaged within transit.  Claim must be submitted with 72 hours of receiving package with photo or video documentation.

Product: We offer legal industrial hemp that is grown pursuant to a cultivation license from the California Department of Agriculture.  Our product is grown in California and manufactured then distributed through our licensed Texas Distribution Facility.  The Farm Bill defines ‘‘industrial hemp’’ as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. The Ranchera Familia makes no guarantee as to the lawfulness of any product offered on the Website or that you will be able to pass a drug test after consuming products available on the Website.
